1. Planters firstname and surname/ company name
2. BPG (Planters)/ PIB (Company)
3. Cadastral number of parcel
4. Area of parcel
5. Kind of plants which are in parcel momently
6. Sowing plan for next year
7. Your telephone number

For parcels which we sampled and for which we have analyses, you need send us the data that we can making right recommendation for next season:

1. Cadastral number and size of parcel
2. Kind of plants which was in parcel in season 2007/2008
3. Expected yield
4. Quantity and nutrition formulations which used
5. What you made with harvest remainders (removed or ploughed)
6.  Have you a plan about cast a compost
7. Sowing plan for next year
