Tanja Ilić

I first started in Victoria Group two years ago as a business secretary in the Managing Director’s Office. There I improved my skills and enriched my working experience with new knowledge thanks to the good collective environment and excellent working conditions.

In such an environment, the motivation to work is high, and success therefore cannot be far. My effort and dedication were recognised and I transferred to a new position where new challenges and opportunities to further advance, both in a personal and professional sense, awaited me. The company’s policy and procedure provide us with this opportunity through the everyday work we do and different kinds of training – seminars, courses, etc.

From all of this, I can conclude that my current experience with the company is positive and beneficial for many reasons. Employees and their effort are valued which creates a working atmosphere in which it is easy to perform all your tasks and respond to every demand.
